Red Pipe Dual Cooling X H2o Rebuilt bottom end and pistons, msd enhancer, ada girdled head with 35cc domes, riva red pipe, riva water box. and this is a 61x with a sbn44. was out today in very cold water and it ran amazing for about 20 minutes then stalled. i chugged in and the pipe was scalding hot and head was hot as well. i have dual cooling but am thinking i routed it. Run it the same as a bpipe, heat is a good thing in the pipe and that setup won't let you build any heat at all. too much water running through it and the motor to build any heat at all in either. wb1994.

Need Help With Dual Cooling Lines On 96 B1 With Red Pipe X H2o X . dec 2, 2009. #2. the easiest way to add a riva red pipe is to remove the motor from the mounts, slide it forward, install the pipe and water lines, then move them motor back into position and tighten back down. if you don't, getting to the exhaust manifold to chamber bolts is next to impossible. other than that, when initially putting on. Re: waveblaster dual cooling with a red pipe setup. my only concern with the bilge would be that the suction might be more than the incoming water can keep up with, and suck air back from the other pisser or worse the exhaust. as long as its unhooked at the pump, should be fine although i'd want to be able to see it easily. The exhaust manifold is where the ski is designed to take in the cooling water. examining the cooling jackets will give you a good idea where you can locate a new fitting without piercing the ports. kawasaki 650's and 750's are particularly tricky, but it can be done. i prefer,if at all possible, to place the new fitting opposite the first fitting. Location. tuscaloosa, al. mar 30, 2007. #2. you tap into the side of the pump, you can use the pisser tube from the stock exhaust to get the water into the engine compartment. tap a second line into the manifold. 2nd line out of the head overboard. or. you can run split cooling 1st circuit into manifold, out of head (2 lines) overboard.

Re: dual cooling. not anywhere from my experience. i bought a ski with a 440 afterburner pump that someone tapped for dual, the new tap was on the wrong side of the vane so water went out the original tap to the ex manifold then back to the pump through the other due to a much lower pressure. Drop that front drive bay out, and use 2x 360mm. i use a 360 for my 970s and then a 360 240 for my cpu (240 aint required but i have space). that should give you plenty of head room and allow you to have fans on medium speeds. as others have said go parallel or grab a parallel bridge from ek.
